Cancellations, waiting, payment and pricing - in full transparency
These are the terms we work to, so you know exactly what to expect before you book. If anything is unclear or your case is unusual, just call and we will explain.
Booking and confirmation
- A booking is confirmed only once you have received confirmation from us by phone, message or email.
- At booking we give you the final price, the vehicle type and the planned pickup time.
- Changing the time, address or passenger count is possible with reasonable notice. A change that requires a different vehicle may change the price, and we will tell you before it does.
- Every change is subject to availability - a suitable vehicle may not be free at the time you ask for, especially when a change in passenger count calls for a larger one. A change therefore only takes effect once you have fresh confirmation from us, so please check with us rather than assume it has gone through.
Cancellations
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup.
- Later cancellations or a no-show may incur a partial charge according to the distance and the vehicle assigned.
- A cancellation on our side, in the rare case of a fault, carries no charge at all, and we will make every effort to find you an alternative.
Waiting and delays
- On arrival at Ben Gurion: up to 60 minutes of waiting free of charge, with the clock starting at the actual landing rather than the scheduled time. Beyond those 60 minutes a waiting charge applies.
- A delay to the flight itself is not charged. When you have given us a flight number we track the status and the driver simply sets out accordingly, so the delay is already accounted for.
- On pickup from an address: up to 15 minutes of waiting free of charge.
- Without a flight number we have no way to track it, so waiting is measured from the time agreed in advance.
Payment
- Payment is made directly to the driver at the end of the ride, in cash or by Bit transfer.
- We do not accept credit cards.
- The price is agreed at booking, so you know exactly how much to have ready at the end of the ride.
Luggage and equipment
- There is no limit on the number of suitcases. We match the vehicle to the amount you give us at booking, which is why it matters to tell us in advance.
- For an unusual quantity or large equipment - a surfboard, an instrument or sports kit - please contact us before booking so we can arrange a suitable vehicle and check together whether any extra cost applies.
- A wheelchair is not oversized equipment and never carries a surcharge. Mention it when booking so we send a vehicle with the right space and driver assistance boarding and alighting.
- Child safety seats and boosters are supplied and installed for ₪50 per ride. The charge is the same even when several seats are needed. Give us age and weight when booking.
Pricing and surcharges
- The price is set in advance from the route, the passenger count and the vehicle type. There is no meter.
- Surcharges may apply for the hour of travel, Shabbat and holidays, waiting beyond the stated allowance, intermediate stops or road tolls - and each is shown upfront.
- The estimates in the site calculator are estimates only and are not a binding quote. The final price is confirmed with us before departure.
These terms may be updated from time to time. The terms that apply to a booking are those given to you when the booking was confirmed.
