How is the price determined?

The price is set in advance by phone or message, based on the route, the number of passengers and the vehicle type - and there is no meter. Surcharges may apply for the hour of travel, Shabbat and holidays, waiting time or intermediate stops, and any such addition is shown to you upfront rather than revealed at the end. Either way, the final price is agreed and confirmed with us before departure, with full transparency, so you know exactly what you will pay before the car even arrives.

What is the cancellation policy?

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup. Later cancellations or no-shows may incur a partial charge according to distance.

Do you provide child safety seats?

Accepted Answer

Yes - infant seats, convertible seats and certified boosters, installed and secured before the vehicle leaves for you. A safety seat costs ₪50 per ride, and that is a single charge which does not change even if several seats are needed on the same ride. Please state the children's age and weight when booking so we fit the right seat in advance.

What areas do you serve?

We operate nationwide - from Eilat to Kiryat Shmona. Our core specialty is Ben Gurion airport transfers in both directions, alongside intercity rides on routes of 20 km or more. We do not take short in-city trips.

Question 5

What happens if my flight is delayed?

Accepted Answer

We track the flight number you gave us and update the driver automatically, so a delay to the flight itself is already accounted for and is not charged - the driver simply sets out later. Waiting on arrival is free for up to 60 minutes, and the clock starts at the actual landing rather than the original schedule. Beyond those 60 minutes a waiting charge applies.

How much luggage can I bring?

There is no limit on the number of suitcases - we choose the vehicle around what you are bringing, so even a lot of luggage fits. All we need is the number of bags at booking and we will send a suitable vehicle. If the quantity is out of the ordinary, or you have large equipment such as a surfboard, an instrument or sports kit, call us on 054-6717601 so we can arrange the right vehicle and check together whether any extra cost applies. A wheelchair is not treated as oversized equipment and never carries a surcharge - just mention it when booking so we send a suitable vehicle.

How do I pay for the ride?

Payment is made directly to the driver at the end of the ride, in cash or by Bit transfer. We do not accept credit cards. The price is agreed in advance, so you know exactly how much to have ready.
