Taxi From Rishon LeZion to Ben Gurion Airport
Transfers from Rishon LeZion to Ben Gurion and back, from every quarter of the city. A short run on Highway 431 at a fixed price
Rishon LeZion benefits from Highway 431, which linked it straight into the airport corridor and removed its dependence on the Ayalon. The result is a twenty minute drive that almost never surprises you - a rare thing in Gush Dan. What does vary is the time from your door to the highway, because the city is large and spread across a wide area.
Base one-way price in a private car for up to four passengers, daytime hours.
The route and the roads
The main route is Highway 431 eastbound to the Ben Gurion interchange, and it flows for most of the day. From the western quarters and the shore you first work through the city arteries and only then reach the highway, and that is the part that tends to stall in the morning. From the eastern quarters the link to Highway 431 is quick and immediate.
Pickup areas
We collect from across the city - Neve Hadarim, Kiryat Ganim, Ramat Eliyahu, Nahalat Yehuda, Neot Ashalim, the Western Quarter, Ramat Yosef and the centre. In the newer developments in the west of the city it helps to give an entrance and building number when booking, since some of the streets still do not show correctly in navigation.
Highway 431 is the great ally of this route, but it only begins once you are out of the city. Allow yourself ten extra minutes to get out of the neighbourhood in the morning, and the highway will do the rest for you.
