The route and the roads
The usual route is Highway 38 northbound to Highway 1 and then west to the Ben Gurion interchange. An alternative at busy hours is Highway 44 westbound, joining the Shfela and heading north from there. The critical stretch is Highway 38 in the morning, between Ramat Beit Shemesh and the Shimshon junction - narrow for most of its length with no way past, and that is the stretch we build the buffer around.

We collect from every part of the city - Ramat Beit Shemesh Alef, Bet, Gimmel and Dalet, the old town, Sheinfeld, Nofei Aviv, Givat Sharett and the water tower area. In the newer ramot it helps to give a full address with building and entrance number when booking, since some of those streets are relatively new and navigation does not always place them correctly.
