Taxi From Ashdod to Ben Gurion Airport
Transfers from Ashdod to Ben Gurion and back, from every quarter. Door pickup, flight tracking and a fixed price upfront
Ashdod is about forty minutes away, far enough that timing genuinely matters. The city is built in numbered quarters spread over a large area, and getting out of it depends heavily on which quarter you start from - from the northern quarters the link to the highway is quick, from the southern ones less so.
Base one-way price in a private car for up to four passengers, daytime hours.
The route and the roads
The usual route is Highway 4 northbound and then Highway 431 eastbound to the Ben Gurion interchange. A good alternative at busy hours is Highway 41 east to Highway 6 and north - longer in kilometres but sometimes quicker in practice. The stretch that tends to stall is Highway 4 northbound in the morning, heading towards Gush Dan, and the driver picks the route from the traffic at that moment.
Pickup areas
We collect from every quarter - from Quarter Alef through to the newer developments in the north, and from the marina area, the old city and the industrial zones. In the quarters with residential towers and underground parking it helps to give an entrance and building number when booking, since several towers share one address.
For morning flights from Ashdod we suggest leaving an hour earlier than seems necessary. Highway 4 northbound at a morning hour is the least predictable part of this route, and it is precisely the stretch there is no way around.
